Intake scoops being glued in place

Scoops attached and almost ready to glass.

Hull glassed, primered, and ready to paint.

First paint job. Brilliant White polyurethane.

Time for finish paint. The White was temporary for flight testing and debugging.

The gold is Imron Metalic Sand.

Although it's pretty. Don't do it. Metalics don't handle the heat well.

Cost in paint materials alone was about 900.00. First day with new paint, I banged the trailer.
